1) Weekly share concise (1-3 minutes) information, handouts, assignments as part of every service and small group meeting. 2) The information will deal with salvation in a nutshell, writing/sharing your summarized testimony, Old Testament overview, New Testament overview, Bible translated from ancient scrolls, apologetics, archeological support, how to study the Bible, through the Bible reading plan, etc. (Put link to info/videos/handouts on your church website.)
Here is a link to a sample 8 minute overview of Scripture that could be shown over a 2-3 week period, in the service. You could give them the overview chart handout, with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0BrP8bqj0c&list=PLH0Szn1yYNecanpQqdixWAm3zHdhY2kPR
(See pdf below for more details.)
Provide bit-sized bits of information, each week. People/students may not take the time to read a whole book, or take a course, on the topic, but they WILL watch a short video and benefit from receiving a handout they can refer to later.
Print out the attached proposal to obtain links to videos you can use in this way. Also, you are free to download and use, as handouts, the pages from our Free Course, "Getting to Know God: His Book, Plan, Son and Love." (Attach links to handouts/video in an easy to find place on your website.)

COMBINE A SCHOOL OF DISCIPLESHIP with COLLEGE CLEP/DISTANCE ED STUDY GROUPS! (See pdf below for more details on this.)
1) Raise up a godly generation.
2) Use a concise/simple approach to ground students in their faith and apologetics. (See "Getting to Know God..." pdf at bottom of page.)
3) Invite students to complete their education through participation in study groups in which they complete CLEP courses https://clep.collegeboard.org/ requirements for inexpensive college credit, as well as distance education courses offered by their university. (See the attached proposal.) (Every church may not be able to facilitate this proposal, but some can. Churches who are unable can promote nearby programs in other churches, for the good of their students and the future.)
(See "Church Discipleship & University" pdf below for more details.)
Weekly direct them to take responsibility for their own spiritual growth and become “self-feeders,” so they can live a life of victory. (You do not need to always preach a sermon to do this. Just state it regularly!)
During their weekly time with the students, encourage your youth leaders to review the info and lead discussion. Focus on raising up a godly generation that is committed to Christ, has a strong faith and knowledge of/daily habit of studying His Word.
Make use of every media available to promote this alternative plan. Do everything you can to protect your students from become one of those who fall away from their faith!
