Marcia Gillis has an Masters in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. She has directed discipleship ministries at five churches, for children through adults, and has taught in a Bible college, and held many volunteer positions. She has developed administration materials, discipleship curriculum, self-help materials and multi-media products for major publishing companies and ministries. Her products have been used by thousands and have been offered on air.
Marcia does Jail Ministry and leads recovery groups and a Bible study at a local rehab center. She has been employed as a sales professional by two major corporations and has led numerous Bible studies for co-workers. She is committed to training leaders and helping others know and apply God's Word so they can live high impact lives.
Marcia has lived in California, Ohio, Texas, Arkansas and overseas, in Belgium. She has been married for 37 years and has two adult daughters, and one grandson (One is married and part of a church-planting team and the other a nurse.)
The passion birthed as a teenager, is stronger today. Until the day she dies, Marcia plans on keeping a laser focus on Jesus and doing His work. Complacency is not an option.
